“Nephren-Ka”

Inspired by the cosmic horror tales of H.P. Lovecraft and his “Cthulhu Mythos,” this image is part of a series I called “Mythos by Moonlight.” It depicts the ancient tale of Nephren-Ka, the Black Pharaoh – one of the many guises of the eldritch being called Nyarlathotep.
