We’re already getting in gear to bring a lot of new and exciting changes to both the TerrorWerks event and our company in general.
We’ve been so pleasantly overwhelmed by the response these past two years at GenCon that we are more motivated than ever to keep raising the bar to make it one of the best live action gaming experiences you can have. To that end, please visit our forums and let us know what you think – post war stories, give us suggestions on things we could improve or let us know where we went right.
We are especially keen on expanding our pool of potential volunteers – both for on-site work, but also for pre-convention organization and prop- and set-building (if you are within easy distance of South Jersey). We’re going to need more hands on deck than ever before if our plans for TW2011 come to fruition, so if you are interested in volunteering at Origins Game Fair, GenCon Indy or any other cons that TerrorWerks may infect along the way, please register and post in our Volunteers Forum. We’re going to encourage our past volunteers to answer questions about their experiences with TerrorWerks and if it sounds like a fun experience that could help you cut costs for your favorite conventions, touch base with our Volunteer Coordinator, Jennifer Hackler who moderates that board.
As time goes by, we will be posting some exciting news about surprises we have in store for you next year, so keep dropping by for the latest and greatest!

GenCon has come and gone, and with it has passed another season of TerrorWerks. Our NPC actors have made it home – exhausted, bruised and full of great war stories. Thanks to everyone who made it out at Origins and to the crowds at GenCon that filled us to capacity and beyond! Be on the lookout for more news of next year’s scenario soon: TerrorWerks 2011 – The Holy Code.

TerrorWerks: Contagion at GenCon Indy 2009!
Approximately 12 hours ago, the Sweethaven HumanaTek facility dropped out of contact. All attempts to raise the facility have failed. It may just be an equipment failure but if it is not we are to assess the situation and take steps to ensure that the facility is secure.
We will be diving down to the facility on board the mini-sub Nautilus and locking on to the primary docking port. Once there, we will enter the facility and find out what the hell is going on. While inside, we will be under the command of the HumanaTek corporate representative. This is their facility and they have the reins, God help us all.
To be on the safe side, all of you have been inoculated with a immune booster that “should” protect you if there is a biological incident. This booster will last approximately 1 hour. If we cannot secure the facility in that time, the destroyer USS R. Lee Ermey will drop a series of atomic depth charges to wipe the facility off the floor of the ocean.
So take your booster pill and check your gear. Hope everyone brought their swim trunks!
Gen Con Indy is the original, longest running, best attended, gaming convention in the world. TerrorWerks: Contagion kicks off what we hope will become a tradition at GenCon. Get ready to lock and load!

It has been 5 years since the incidents on Bernelli’s World. News of the encounters was carefully hidden from the public and those survivors that made it home were carefully silenced. The discoveries made on that world were kept under wraps…as was the specimen that was brought back. Now at a top secret facility located in the small town of Sweethaven, something has gone very wrong. The terror has come home…
TerrorWerks is coming back – bigger and better than ever – for its third year at Origins! Armed with a larger event space, a tremendous new set and a small army of incredible volunteer actors, we’re aiming to make this year’s TerrorWerks the best one yet.
The Origins Game Fair is one of the largest gaming conventions in the world. It features games of every variety: tabletop games, miniatures games, roleplaying games, LARPs, traditional games, collectible card games, and even some poker and LAN gaming.
Origins is held every year at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in beautiful, family-friendly downtown Columbus, OH, USA.
